Do I have to change my registered GP surgery?
Yes to register with our NHS GP practice you will need to transfer your registration from your current GP surgery.
What happens to my medical records?
Your medical records will automatically transfer once you have been registered with our GP practice.
Is there any cost to me?
No, there is no cost. It is a free NHS GP service.
Can I still be seen in person?
Yes. We offer telephone, video, and in-person appointments, so you can choose the option that’s most suitable for you.
Can I register if I live outside London?
Yes. You can register if you live outside of London, provided if one of the following applies to you:
You work in London (please provide your work address).
You attend a university, college, or other educational establishment in London.
How quickly can I be seen?
If you register by 1PM , we aim to offer you a same-day appointment.
