We provide confidential, free and convenient telephone and video consultations for contraception advice and we will issue of an NHS prescription.
Our services offered:
- Telephone or video assessments with a trained family planning nurse to discuss your contraception options
- NHS prescription for hormonal contraception such as oral contraception pills, contraceptive patch and contraceptive ring. Prescriptions will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
- Emergency contraception – following assessment with one of our nurses a same day prescription can be sent to your nominated pharmacy.
- Advice on all types of contraception – with signposting to local sexual health clinics for procedures that we do not provide such as IUD or Implant insertions or removals.
- Administration of contraceptive injections at our medical centre in north London following initial consultation with one of our family planning trained nurses.
- Sayana Press- repeat prescription for self-administered contraception injection. NB if this is your first injection you will need to be shown how to use this at our medical centre in north London following an initial consultation with one of our family planning trained nurses.
